Products
Our products are room and fabric fragrances for homes shared with dogs. They are not medicines, drugs or veterinary treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in people or animals. Spray the room or the NICHE STONE, never the animal. Keep away from open flame and out of reach of children and pets. If your dog has a diagnosed behavioral or medical condition, talk to your veterinarian.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or address restrictions described in our Shipping policy, and will refund any amount charged. Sales tax, and any import duties where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Intellectual property
Balanced Paws, RENEWOOD, CALMOLI, NICHE STONE, RUN AFTER RAIN, SILSU and all site content are owned by Balanced Paws and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home state.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
