Every order ships from our warehouse in Busan, Korea, where the bottles are blended and filled.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, the rate is shown at checkout.
- Orders ship within one business day by international courier.
- Delivery: typically 7 to 14 business days to a US address. Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints.
- Courier delivery only: no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stalls for more than 10 days or the parcel arrives damaged, email balancedpaws.official@gmail.com with your order number. We replace it.
